- Outside Sales Engineer
Michael Craig Sands, (Craig) 37, is an outside sales engineer. Education consists of a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He also holds a certificate for Project Management from the Rockhurst College Continuing Education Center. His career consists of two years as a marketing representative, two years as a Quality Assurance Engineer and 8 years as a sales engineer and program manager. Craig joined us in October, 2006.

Doug Davis is an outside sales engineer. Education consists of a B.S. in Industrial Engineering Technology Management. His career includes six years of sales engineering and program management experience and four years of sales engineering experience prior to that. Doug serves as our SMACNA representative. Doug joined the company in April, 2001.

His career consists of six years as a production foreman for a manufacturer of heating appliances. Mark joined the company in November, 2002.

After receiving his Business Degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Mike started his career in the HVAC industry working for another manufacturer's representative companies. Mike has an extensive equipment background, including boilers, pumps and cooling towers. Mike started with Behrmann Company in December 2010.

Dave Westbrook is an outside sales engineer. Education consists of a B.S.M.E. His career includes ten years sales engineering experience and three years manufacturing engineer experience. He is currently serving on an ASHRAE committee. Dave joined the company in May, 1997.

Director of Customer Service
Ed Foster, is our Director of Customer Service and Inside Sales Team Coordinator. He also serves as inside sales support for Tom Behrmann & Dave Westbrook. Education consists of a B.S. in Business Management and HVAC certification from ITT Technical Institute. His career includes over 15 years experience in HVAC equipment service. Ed joined us in June 2002.

Eric is an inside sales engineer for Mike Todd and Walt Steiner. Education consists of HVAC Certification from Jefferson Community College. His career consists of eleven years experience as an HVAC service technician, two years in HVAC residential sales and as service coordinator. He has been with us for one year.
