REYMSA Cooling Towers are induced draft, counter flow, and factory assembled to make transportation and field erection fast and easy. The design of our Cooling Towers takes advantage of nature's laws: hot air goes upward because of its minor density and water falls downward due to the force of gravity. The cellular fill distributes the water and the airflow homogeneously, while the fan at the top of the tower extracts the air in order to optimize the cooling process. The incoming water is distributed by spray nozzles in a closed environment (no sunlight exposure), which reduce greatly the formation of algae and bacteria. This being a very common problem in other cooling tower designs.
